# The Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, and come into force on 13th November 2009.
(2) In these Regulations, a reference to a numbered section is to that section of the Energy Act 2008.
