# The Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, Regulation 3: Model clauses for gas storage licences

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) For the purposes of section 7, the model clauses prescribed for licences in respect of the activities specified in paragraph (2) are those set out in the Schedule.
(2) The activities are—
(a) activities within section 2(3)(b) to (d);
(b) activities within section 2(3)(e), so far as relating to those activities; and
(c) activities within section 2(3)(f), so far as relating to the activities mentioned in this paragraph.
