# The Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 14: Fishing and navigation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Licensee shall not carry out any operations in or about the Licensed Area in such manner as to interfere unjustifiably with navigation or fishing in the waters of the Licensed Area or with the conservation of the living resources of the sea.
