# The Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 17: Returns

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Licensee shall furnish the Minister with such information as the Minister may from time to time request about any of the activities authorised by this licence.
(2) The Licensee shall comply with any such request either—
(a) within any time limit specified in the request; or
(b) if there is no time limit specified, within four weeks of the request.
