# The Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 23: Transfer of licence etc.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Licensee may, with the prior consent of the Minister—
(a) transfer this licence to one or more other persons;
(b) include one or more other persons as joint licence holders,
and in either case Schedule 1 shall be amended accordingly.
