# The Offshore Installations (Amendment) Regulations 1991, Regulation 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Offshore Installations (Registration) Regulations 1972 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In place of the references to the Department of Trade and Industry in regulation 3(1) and (4) there shall be substituted references to the Health and Safety Executive.
