Regulation 3 Application

These Regulations shall apply–

(a)

in respect of pipe-lines constructed in pursuance of a works authorisation granted for the purposes of section 20 of the 1975 Act after the coming into force of these Regulations, from the construction of the pipe-line; and

(b)

in respect of other pipe-lines, on and after 31st December 1990.
