# The Offshore Installations (Emergency Pollution Control) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Emergency Pollution Control) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
