  "heading": "Notification of construction activities",
  "text": "(1) The operator of an installation shall ensure that the carrying out of any construction activity is not commenced unless at least 28 days before its commencement he has sent to the Executive a notification containing the particulars specified in Schedule 7.\n(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply where the construction activity is commenced before 28th June 1993.",
