  "text": "These Regulations shall apply—\n(a) in Great Britain, and\n(b) to and in relation to installations and activities outside Great Britain to which sections 1 to 59 and 80 to 82 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 apply by virtue of article 4(1) and (2)(b) of the 1989 Order.",
