Sufficient particulars to demonstrate that the proposed arrangements, methods and procedures for—

(a)

dealing, by way of abandonment or otherwise, with any wells to which the installation is connected;

(b)

decommissioning the installation and connected pipe-lines; and

(c)

demolishing or dismantling the installation and connected pipe-lines,

take adequate account of the design and method of construction the installation and its plant, and reduce risks from a major accident to the lowest level that is reasonably practicable.
