Where operations in relation to a well are to be carried out from a mobile installation, particulars of—
(a)
the meteorological and oceanographic conditions to which the installation may foreseeably be subjected;
(b)
the depth of water; and
(c)
the properties of the sea-bed and subsoil,
at the location at which the operations will be carried out.
