  "text": "A description of—\n(a) the chosen design concept, including suitable diagrams, and a summary of the other design options which were considered;\n(b) how the chosen design concept is intended to ensure—\n(i) compliance with the requirements set out in regulations 5 and 10 of the Offshore Installations and Wells (Design and Construction, etc.) Regulations 1996 ; and\n(ii) that risks with the potential to cause a major accident are reduced to the lowest level that is reasonably practicable; and\n(c) the criteria used to select the chosen design concept and the process by which the selection was made.",
