The whole order except in article 2 the words ‘and Part II” and Part II of the Schedule 1st June 1998
In article 2 the words “and Part II” and Part II of the Schedule 1st August 1998
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(1), (2) and (3) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:
