# The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 2017.
(2) This Order comes into force on 6th July2017 except for article 2(2) which comes into force as provided for in article 2(3).
(3) In this Order a reference to an installation is to an installation stationed in waters to which section 21(7) of the Petroleum Act 1987 applies.
