  "text": "Offshore Installations\nMade 11th August 2008\nComing into force 1st September 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order —\n(a) in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”); and\n(b) for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Executive under section 24(2A) of the Act.",
