  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2009/1374 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nOffshore Installations\nMade 29th July 2009\nComing into force 19th August 2009\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order —\n(a) in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”); and\n(b) for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Executive under section 24(2A) of the Act.",
