  "text": "Offshore Installations\nMade 20th July 2011\nComing into force 22nd August 2011\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order —\n(a) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”); and\n(b) for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Executive under section 24(2A) of the Act.",
