Coming into force 2nd November 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
