  "text": "OFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS\nMade 18th July 2006\nComing into force 8th August 2006\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”), and for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Commission under section 24(2A) of the Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
