OFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS
Made 22nd January 1987
Coming into force 24th January 1987
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21(1), (2) and (3) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
