Made 17th January 1996
Coming into force 7th February 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:
