  "text": "In the Schedule to the Offshore installations (Safety Zones)(No.3) Order 1999—\n(a) in the first entry relating to Balmoral Satellite Well, for the words “01°08'05\"” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “01°08'03\"”;\n(b) in the second entry relating to Balmoral Satellite Well—\n(i) for the words “58°13'76\"” in column (2) there shall be substituted the words “58°13'46\"”;\n(ii) for the words “01°05'25\"” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “01°05'15\"”.",
