  "text": "HEALTH AND SAFETY\nMade 10th January 2007\nComing into force 31st January 2007\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”), and for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Commission under section 24(2A) of the Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
