  "text": "Offshore Installations\nMade 23rd February 2012\nComing into force 23rd March 2012\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order —\n(a) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 1987 (“the Act”); and\n(b) for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Executive under section 24(2A) of the Act.",
