# Offshore Petroleum Development (Scotland) Act 1975, Paragraph 5


(1) The Secretary of State may by statutory instrument revoke the order and, if he does so, he shall publish a notice to that effect in the manner required by paragraph 1 above.
(2) The revocation of the order shall not affect any licence or regulation previously granted or made under section 4 or 6 of this Act in relation to the area to which the order relates.
