  "text": "The reference to regulation 3 of the Management Regulations in—\n(a) the definition of “installation” in—\n(i) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(ii) paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Offshore Installations (Prevention of Fire and Explosion, and Emergency Response) Regulations 1995; and\n(iii) paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Offshore Installations and Wells (Design and Construction, etc.) Regulations 1996; and\n(b) the definition of “offshore installation” in—\n(i) section 12(1) of the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971; and\n(ii) regulation 2 of the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (First-Aid) Regulations 1989,\nshall be construed as a reference to regulation 3 of the Management Regulations as amended by these Regulations.",
