  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1962 Act” means the Pipe-lines Act 1962;\n“the 1971 Act” means the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971;\n“the 1974 Act” means the Health and Safety at Work etc.Act 1974;\n“the 1975 Act” means the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975;\n“the 1987 Act” means the Petroleum Act 1987;\n“the Executive” means the Health and Safety Executive.",
