  "text": "This Order brings into force on 1st December 1985 those provisions of the Oil and Pipelines Act 1985 other than section 3, Schedule 2 and Part I of Schedule 4 (which will come into force on the transfer date as defined in section 3(1)) and Part II of Schedule 4 (which will come into force on the dissolution of the British National Oil Corporation).",
