# The Oil in Navigable Waters (Guernsey) Order 1966, Article 1


The provisions of the Oil in Navigable Waters Act 1955 which (apart from sections 14 and 16 of the Act) apply only to British ships registered in the United Kingdom shall apply also to ships registered in Guernsey.
