  "text": "This Order applies to ships registered in Guernsey the provisions of the Oil in Navigable Waters Act 1955 which apply only to British ships registered in the United Kingdom.\nThose provisions prohibit the discharge of oil from ships into prohibited sea areas (section 1), and empower the Board of Trade to make regulations requiring the fitting of equipment in ships to prevent or reduce oil pollution (section 5) and the keeping of records of matters relating to oil by masters of ships (section 7).",
