# The Oil in Navigable Waters (Transfer Records) Regulations 1957, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations apply to a certain class of vessel of whatever nationality and require records to be kept of transfers of oil to and from such a vessel while it is within the territorial waters of the United Kingdom.
