# The Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1981 by increasing the fee to be paid on application for a certificate of compulsory insurance from £25 to £33.
