Laid before Parliament 9th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11(3)(a) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—
