  "heading": "United Kingdom stocks",
  "text": "(1) A stock is P's United Kingdom stock where—\n(a) the stock is an eligible stock;\n(b) the requirements in article 5 are satisfied in respect of the stock;\n(c) the stock is held—\n(i) by P in the United Kingdom;\n(ii) by P in accordance with an international storage arrangement which has been authorised by the Secretary of State; or\n(iii) by a person other than P in accordance with a United Kingdom ticket arrangement, a CSE ticket arrangement or an international ticket arrangement which has been authorised by the Secretary of State;\n(d) the stock is available to, and physically accessible by, P at all times; and\n(e) the stock is not the United Kingdom stock of any other person.\n(2) A biofuel or additive which is not blended with an eligible stock is P's United Kingdom stock where—\n(a) the requirements in articles 5 and 6 are satisfied in respect of the biofuel or additive;\n(b) the biofuel or additive is held—\n(i) by P in the United Kingdom; or\n(ii) by a person other than P in accordance with a United Kingdom ticket arrangement which has been authorised by the Secretary of State;\n(c) the biofuel or additive is available to, and physically accessible by, P at all times; and\n(d) the biofuel or additive is not the United Kingdom stock of any other person.",
