# The Oil Stocking Order 2012, Article 9: Arrangements for stocks held on behalf of a member State, a CSE or an EU operator


A person must not hold stock in the United Kingdom on behalf of a member State, a CSE or an EU operator otherwise than in accordance with a delegation arrangement authorised by the Secretary of State.
