  "heading": "Requirements for all applications for authorisation",
  "text": "(1) An application must include—\n(a) the identity and contact details of the applicant;\n(b) except in the case of an international storage arrangement or a delegation arrangement, the identity and contact details of—\n(i) the person who intends to rely on that stock in order to comply with a direction; and\n(ii) the person who will hold stock under the arrangement;\n(c) the period for which stock will be held under the arrangement;\n(d) except in the case of a United Kingdom ticket arrangement, the location at which the stock will be held.\n(2) An application must identify whether the stock will be held in the form of—\n(a) crude liquid petroleum; or\n(b) an eligible petroleum product.",
