# The Olympic Delivery Authority (Dissolution) Order 2014, Introduction: Introductory text


Olympic Games And Paralympic Games
Made 1st December 2014
Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1) and (2) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, makes the following Order.
The Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 9(3) of that Act.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and a period of 40 days beginning with the day on which it was laid has expired, during which period neither House has resolved that the instrument be not made.
