  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 1980 Act” means the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980;\n“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;\n“the development area” means the area specified in article 3 of this Order;\n“the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;\n“the ODA” means the body corporate known as the Olympic Delivery Authority established by section 3 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006.",
