# The Olympic Delivery Authority (Planning Functions) Order 2006, Article 5: Additional functions conferred on the Olympic Delivery Authority


The ODA shall have in the whole of the development area the functions conferred by all of the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Building Act specified in Part 1 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act.
