  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves the Olympic Lottery Distributor (article 3).\nIt provides for the transfer of the property, rights and liabilities of the Distributor immediately before 1st April 2013 (“the dissolution date”) to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport (article 4).\nIt also makes related provision for the preparation and audit of the Distributor’s final accounts and the preparation of its final report (articles 5 and 6) and other supplementary provisions (article 7).\nAn Explanatory Memorandum has been prepared and is available alongside the instrument at www.legislation.gov.uk.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument.",
