  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the On-demand Programme Services (Tier 1 Services) Regulations 2026.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2026.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
