# The On-demand Programme Services (Tier 1 Services) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the On-demand Programme Services (Tier 1 Services) Regulations 2026.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2026.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
