  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order.)\nThis Order provides for a one-way traffic system in Shore Street, Killyleagh, from its junction with Catherine Street, to its junction with Seaview.\nAny person who acts in contravention of the Order shall be guilty of an offence under the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale (£1,000).\nTraffic signs indicating the effect of the Order have been erected on the road.",
