  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order.)\nThis Order amends the provisions of the One-Way Traffic (Strabane) Order (Northern Ireland) 1985.\nThe amendment provides for the introduction of a one-way system of traffic in Owenreagh Drive Link, and in Owenreagh Drive, Strabane, from its junction with Urney Road to a point approximately 12 metres south of that junction.\nAny person who acts in contravention of the Order shall be guilty of an offence under the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale (£1,000).\nTraffic signs indicating the effect of the Order will in due course be erected on the roads.",
