# The Online Intermediation Services for Business Users (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 9: Amendments to Article 12


In the second subparagraph of Article 12(1)—
(a) for “the Union” (in both places) substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(b) omit “laid down in Union law or the law of the Member States”.
