# The Online Procedure (Rules and Practice Directions) Rules 2026, Rule 13: Accessibility of the digital service


If an unrepresented party to online proceedings wishes to use non-electronic means to access online proceedings and to communicate with the court or tribunal, they (whether individuals or corporate entities) must do so in the manner provided by these Rules, supported by the systems provided by or on behalf of HMCTS.
