Rule 18 Later steps in online proceedings: requirement to use digital service

All subsequent steps in online proceedings by any person (such as responding with a defence) must be taken using the digital service by providing online the information required for that step (unless rules 20 and 21 apply) and paying the required court or tribunal fee (unless rule 23 applies).
