# The Online Procedure (Rules and Practice Directions) Rules 2026, Rule 2: Online proceedings


These Rules govern online proceedings. Online proceedings are proceedings specified in Part 3 of these Rules, which are required or authorised to be to be initiated, conducted, progressed, or disposed of by electronic means, or by equivalent non-electronic means where these Rules allow.
