# The Online Procedure (Rules and Practice Directions) Rules 2026, Rule 21: Use of non-electronic means by unrepresented persons


The court or tribunal will upload the information if the unrepresented person follows the instructions of the court or tribunal and (unless rule 23 applies) pays the required court or tribunal fee.
